Roger uses infrared camera technology for detection of moisture intrusion, thermal loss, missing insulation and electrical deficiencies.
Roger also uses "Clean Air" testing procedures for reporting on air quality to provide expedited information. The indoor air quality audit provides a comprehensive survey of the chemicals in the indoor environment. This survey includes Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Mold VOCs (chemicals emitted from actively growing mold as well as Formaldehyde which is found in foams, new carpets and other furnishings.
